Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full or through an approved payment arrangement.
Class size is limited to maintain instructional quality and individualized attention.
Refund & Transfer Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
If a student is unable to attend, transfer requests may be considered at the discretion of BraidClass and must be submitted prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to attend without prior communication may result in forfeiture of enrollment.
Attendance Policy
Students are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrival may limit participation in certain instructional segments. Instruction time will not be extended for late arrivals.
Conduct Policy
BraidClass maintains a focused and respectful learning environment.
Disruptive behavior, including conduct that interferes with instruction or other students, may result in removal from class without refund.
Licensing Disclaimer
BraidClass is a braiding education company.
We do not issue cosmetology licenses. Completion of any course does not grant professional licensure.
Students intending to provide services professionally are responsible for understanding applicable state and local regulations.
Media Release
Participation in class grants BraidClass permission to capture photo or video content for educational and promotional purposes unless written notice is submitted prior to the scheduled session.
